I got two synodontis catfish the other day to go with my oscars. They didn't bother the oscars at all and they're too big to be eaten. Only problem I had is between the two catfish themselves. In short one of them bullied the other and we had to take it back to the shop and exchange it for another smaller one and luckily they get on great. They keep themselves to themselves but they're funny little critters and are really entertaining to watch especially at night.

You are already overstocked... Add nothing until you find a BIG tank....
Your Oscar will continue to grow at an alarming rate, so you need to be looking at a much bigger tank...

Im sorry to say your tank is only just big enough for 1 oscar. Either get a bigger tank ASAP or rehome some fish.
I can't get no sleep

x2, like a former member once stated:'No matter how hard you wish, hope and pray, your Oscar will keep growing fast!"
You got enough time to add fish later once you upgraded.
And then you'd still have to add fish gradually to give the filter time to adjust to the bigger bioload.
No new fish now, please.

about bigga tanks...

i need a home for my oscar, just a babysitter, like somoene who could take him for a lil while, i need to get a bigga tank.... could any1 take him for a while?

his personnality:

he likes to swim around not shy likes to fallow feeder, loves it when you talk to him.
he is 10 cm ( small buddy)
hes a tiger oscar
and the most important
hes called sharky ( well i dont know yet)

so could any1 take him home for maybe a month 1/2 ?

thanks in advance,
ino this is OFF-TOPIC
but i gotta ask something about subject...
you know when you add fishs into a tank with an O,
does the O will come vicious? like gonna fight the fish? for territory?
The Oscar`s name is : Nemesis

The Pleco`s name is : Mr. Clean

And if you bother one of them i will do whats called :

Beating you up untill you eat youre goldfishes, RAW

thing can go 2 ways.
If you have 2 males, they will become territorial and aggressive.
One male and one female can pair up, or fight.
2 females usually get along fine.
A bit of generalisation here, but it's allways a risk for you do not know if an oscar is male or female from it's outer appearance...

I introduced a 7" tiger to my 1,5 years old 10"red and they seem to have formed a couple, so i was very lucky, for now.
