What sort of pleco is it? not all of them get huge. Some only reach 5 inches, some get to 8 inches, and some can reach 2 feet. However, if yours is one of the cheap ones such as the common, or a sail fin then you have got one of the big buggers. Bristlenose catfish, also a pleco don't get very big. So you need to find out what you've got.
You have to bear in mind that you've also got three Oscars. Yes, there is nothing wrong with keeping these fish together, however, you need the tank size which will need to be very big for these type of fish. You're talking over 200 gallons for all the fish you've got (if it is one of the big pleco's) I personally don't like those big plecoS. They are incredibly messy and just make more work for you. Most people buy them to clean up algae, I think this is totally defeating the object. Okay, they might eat the algae, but they leave one heck of a lot of mess behind that somebody has to clean up.
