Really does depend how big your tank is. Personally, I wouldn't keep angelfish with Oscars, they are quite delicate fish and good get damaged if the Oscars decided to take a dislike to them. Never kept Parrotfish myself but they can be a little bit aggressive so you may have problems with the Oscars. I would avoid African cichlids altogether, quite often their water conditions differ greatly to South American species. Rosy Barb should be okay as long as their growth rate isn't too slow, remember an Oscar will be quite big within six months. Having said all this, it all depends on how big your tank is

The parrots fish (thats the orange fish with the deformed mouth) will be ok with the oscar, they rarely cause damage and are quite peaceful for a cichlid

Oscar are not generally aggressive fish but they are cichlids and so will try to be boss. A full grown Angel fish is small when compared to oscars and it could come of worse if your oscar shows him who is boss, also he might get accidentally hurt by the oscar. The angel might also have trouble getting food when your oscar is large. Angel are not recommended as tank mates for oscar but you never know it might work, just keep a close on the angel and have somewhere to move him to if things go pear shaped

As already said best not mix africans as they need completely different water to oscars. Also some of them can be very very aggressive

Your rosy barbs will end up as oscar food.
