Is they're any scavenger fish, such as a breed of pleco or even a snail, that is safe to put in the same tank as two baby tiger oscars?

I looked at your profile and if that info is correct, then you do not have room for anything else... And you will soon need an upgrade in tank size.

Your best bet is to scrub the algae off yourself...
