a friend of mine has to rehome some of his fish for personal reasons so today i went over and picked up a few residents for my tanks. i got a couple of albino coreys four firemouths(juvies) some pictus and an eartheater. my dilema is with the geo. i know very little about them and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of geo this is?





also any help in sexing would also be appreciated

geo is acronym for? I wish I could learn about this beautiful animal you have there.

I ask because I couldn't find any profile on "geo fish" at all.

looks a bit like a female Pygmy green eyed cichlid (neetroplus nematopus) to me but I wouldnt put money on it. males have longer bottom fin if it is. thats a guess from me.????

geo is short for geophagus. from what i can figure there are about 25 sub species in this family and im not sure which one i got
