to properly identify plecos it is imperative to have a good photo to go on. if you can post a photo of your plec this can facilitate an id.
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

my goal is simple a complete understanding of the universe, why it is as it is and why it exists at all

i believe plecos have red eyes. they are kinda bulky in the head area and i think they get about 7." plecos make great tankmakes for oscars provided they are not much smaller then the oscar and he sees it as food. in that case u often end up with 2 dead fish. the pleco is armored and the oscar will end up choking because he cant swallow it. plecos are peacefull but sometimes they will try to swim into other fish to defend themselves which never causes much harm. so your o is safe, just a matter of identifying it

75 UK gallon - South American Cichlids
30 UK gallon - South American community
25 UK gallon - Hospital/ Quarantine Tank.

they sound like albino chocolate plecs to me. they stay small for plecs, about 8-12 inches. not like the common ones who can reach 3 feet long! good luck with ur search!
