i concur with bgh a 55 is really only big enough for one oscar without tankmates. even though it might look like you have lots of room now oscar can and will grow to rather large size and in a short period of time it will fill the 55 you have.
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

Hi, my oscars tank is 4footx2footx2foot, i have two oscars, one albino tiger and one black tiger and two clown loaches. the clown loaches are about 9-10cm each and my oscars are at least 23cm each. is there anything else i can add to the tank and what?

thank you

your tank size is approximately 117 gal capacity.
having 2 x 23 cm oscars (about 9 inches long), the
tank is about to reach its full capacity. the presence
of 2 x 4 inches loaches tank mates will make your load to the limit.
a good filtration and and regular water change will make
your present load okey. any additional will risk you with
water problems due to wastes and bioloads.
