How about some idea of what you may be interested in? Community? Single large predator? Breeding pair of something ?

Nothing smaller that 5" adult size.and sort of a community type. Oscar, green terror and Arowana are my favourite fish though.

What is the ph and gh (hardness) of your tap water?

I wouldn't consider oscar, green terror, and arowana community fish. Everyone of those that you listed can cause trouble for the inhabitants of the tank through aggression.

It's around 7.2ph. They are my favourite fish that's all. I would maybe like 1 of those as my main fish then work around them. If you know what I mean?

What about the hardness? A neutral ph does not guarantee water hardness of neutral.

The tank would only be good for at most 3 years for an silver arowana.

For your tank, an oscar or a green terror will work. Adding both will not guarantee compatibility. The advantage of the green terror is that is will thrive in hard water, and you can let the tank temperature go down to 68F. You could stock a school of fish like buenos aires tetra (more than 30) as dither fish.

If you do not want to experience the fish not working together again, I would avoid adding another cichlid into the tank.
