hi i am looking for a good tankmate for my 2 O's but it has to be some sort of fish that eats alge and will be active to. Help!

Hi and welcome... You could try a Chinese Algae eater. I am not sure how active they are but they are better than a pleco.

my suggestions are

angelfish (i love mine)
nearly any shark.... i have a red tail
Jack Dempsey....looking at getting one
Green Terror, not sure about these but others have them with O's

mostly i would suggest a chichlid, but not one that too aggressive, or too small

when i went to the pet store in the water they swam as soon as they got out they died!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they said that they are very sensitive so instead i got a pleco

perhaps they are in bad water condition for so long.

they still do the algea thing but their main source of nutrition when older is fish food.
