Is this 150 US gallons? You say Oscars, I assume that is two? And what sort of pleco have you got? If you are keeping one of the Pleco is that you extremely large, in excess of 12 inches quite easily then I wouldn't put any more fish in your tank as these type of fish creates an incredible amounts of waste.
What kind of filtration are you using? This will also determine if you are able to keep your water quality under control if you do you max out on your fish. A community tank is one thing, keeping large fish like Oscars is another ballgame altogether. If you are going to keep lots of large fish, you don't only need to take into account tank size, but also the filtration, you will need to to keep up with the amount of waste lots of large fish produce.
Assuming that you've got extremely good filtration and you didn't have the plec then you could go for some silver dollars, maybe a Severum, some Earth Eaters, Blue Acara, maybe a Leporinus. By the way, these are just a few suggestions, I'm not saying that you can put all of these in the two Oscars, these are just a few examples of what goes well with Oscars if they are big enough. I'm sure someone else will give you some advice as well
