Hey.... I would have to make a choice between both cause i am running two aquariums right now... but will have to part with one.

SO what do you suggest???? Should I be keeping a flower horn or an oscar??

What are the adv and disadvantages of both the fish?

well a flowerhorn probaly is more agressive than the oscar but has a beatiful red color. the oscar is very awesome how big is your tank?
2x oscar 1x tiger oscar 1x albino tiger 1x fire eel
1x betta 1x male jack dempsey 1x parrotfish 1x giant gourami 1x silver arowana 1x silver dollar 1x black ghost knife fish
20 neon tetra (not all in same tank)

I have a 90 Gallon tank housing 2 oscars and 30 Gallon tank with 1 flowerhorn... its just tough maintaining 2 tanks... so planning to just keep one.... my oscars are lazy.... they come out when there is no one around them and go to rest as soon as they see us... so its kinda boring having a fish that you cannot interract with.... but flowerhorn is super active

If you came to FlowerHornLovers.com you might get another answer.
But this is OFL, so i say rehome the flowerhorn and concentrate on your O´s.
but i´m totally biast as it comes to Oscars.

i am maintaining a flowerhorn tank 36 x24 x24 and the fish is already 14
inches. initially, it has an oscar tankmate but they grew up, oscar was
beaten to death, thus, i com e to believe that oscar and flower horn
should not be mixed.
