Just to give you an idea, I have a 225 gallon with 2 Oscars, but they are sharing it with 4 Silver Dollars and a big Pleco (who seems to make more mess than the 2 Oscars combined) With this stocking level I believe there is enough water to keep Nitrate levels in check with my weekly water changes.
If it were me Id pick the 2 I like the best and find good homes for the other 4. Even with just 2 there is still a chance they could fight (mine don't though they have grown up together)
Allthough this may not be the advice you expected, i have to aggree with aus-car.
My 180Gl holds 2 oscars, 6 Silver Dollars 2 plecos and a Gar, and i have to do 50% waterchanges weekly to keep my nitrates in check.
If aggression is no issue, than keeping more oscars in a tank like mine, will result in more frequent waterchanges, but imo one time a week is badly enough as it is.
On the other hand i've seen people with very religious waterchanging schedules run into trouble due to circumstances. If you even come down with the flu for a week, your fish may be in trouble, for they'll be missing out several waterchanges in no time.
btw i love your aquascaping, looks very cool.
Take into consideration, that the amount of decoration will lessen the volume of water in the tank. i have the same problem in my tank but i like the look very much!
