here we go i finally managed to not be so lazy and get some pics of my tank up oscars will b a year old august 28th

first my jack dempsey he is a rescue i got em about 3 weeks ago very shy fish he is still healing he has came a long way tho since i got him.

here is my oscars they will be a year old august 28th. Whenever my mom comes to visit she calls the tiger oscar Rocky(12") and the red oscar Sherbert (about 10 1/2")

This is my green severum he is getting a mate im pretty sure is a female on wed a rotkeil severum and she is a beauty provided its a she.

and finally here is a full tank shot i made the stand my self out of birch i used a woodburner to draw in the piranhas near the top of the stand not sure if you can see them clear or not.

the tank is flitered with a fluval fx5, cascade hob filter and rena xp3. i used to breed piranhas before i changed to owning oscars. i have had many succesul red belly piranha breed i never had any successful caribe piranha breed, which explains the woodburning in the stand. sorry about the dirty glass in some pics didn't clean it before hand. hope you enjoy

But i miss pics of your oscar...
and the second link to your rescued fish does not show the picture.
without the img code, the link will at least work.

your fish will heal nicely given time and pristine waterquality.

Lovely vibrant red o, and i just love the double o spot on your tiger.
Very special.
My tiger has 4 spots but only one is surrounded by a red outlining, and some have a partial outlining.but he's special enough in my eyes
But still I'm jealous now!

your oscars are very nice too btw thats one fat silver dollar you got there lol. if u look in the full tank shot u can see the pit the oscars dug out theres a piece of slate there, its a never ending fight i cover up the pit they re dig it right after i put it back, they have been cleanin the slate and vibrating over it together for weeks now i am hoping for some eggs but no luck yet. maybe when my rotkeil severum gets here it will get some action going. *crosses fingers* if look closely u can see a third spot on the tiger but its like yours no orange around it

funny thing just happend i added a new piece of driftwood into the tank and moved a bigger slab of slate into there pit and i looked 15 mins later they had it all clean and the tiger oscar had his breeding tube out pretty sure its a male the red oscar was just next to em vibrating and blowin on the slate but no breeding tube or anything so i think i might be close to eggs thing is i dont have all my breeding stuff anymore so idk what i would do with 200 baby oscars lol

Like others have mentioned the Oscars look great, your Red reminds me a bit of mine.

But the JD has some great colour I love the blues and greens these fish display. Im a fan of Dempseys

Ye whats good about this JD is he is isnt aggressive like other peoples he leaves my other fish alone. i just got my final fish for my tank the rotkeil severum and he makes my green severum look like a dwarf looks like the green and the rotkeil like going behind the new peice of driftwood i added
