i use blue Xmas LED's as moonlighting, but it's impossible to get a good pic from the way it looks, for it's pretty dim lighting.

Very cool that you got this on camera, these pictures totally displays how cool nightlights are and that it's an incredible addition to your tank, and mine for that case.

I leave mine on all night though, but that's due to me working changing shifts, and often only got time to watch the fish at night.
And i do a lot.
The pleco's are active at night, the oscars sleep and the Gar and Silver Dollars sometimes sleep and sometimes are awake and swimming at night.
I wouldnt miss my nightlights for the world.
my fish do spook less when roomlights are turned on at night, since i got those nightlights.
So i noticed a positive difference.
