rescued this sev today as his/her's previous owner was relocating. i'm new to sevs so can anyone help me with identifying the sub species and sex of this one? thanks

i had some experience with that specie but only now
i knew they were severums. they all died in my 35 gal tank.

from what i have found out he turned out to be a male rokteil severum which will only grow to about 8 inches in length. so it works out perfectly since he wont get very big and he'll fit into my main oscar tank.

here's what my sev looks like. i got him from a friend. it's supposed to be a Heros sp. "red shoulder" Heros sp. 'rotkeil'
