what type of vidio are you trying to embed into the page?

Im trying to embed a flash player vid. The code is listed in my original post

I myself have only added media player and you Tube videos. Use the code at the end URL when adding youtube videos, with media player videos, you need to upload the video onto a server and then but the whole URL ( www.mydomain.com/video.wmv ), I would imagine that most of the other videos are much the same. If you could send me your video, I will experiment and see if it works in the same way I add videos.
