Mille Lacs Lake, Minnesota. We saw two pike in there mating and they were bigger than me...taller anyway It was amazing. Ya'll should come to Minnesota to fish!

my little guys, sweet but boring since getting the Oscars and Terrors.

Mrs Green and Little Big Man, you can see how much smaller he is. They were the same size a month ago when we got them, poor baby.

Jackpot, the lady of the tank : )

Casino, the one you guys helped me save!!

One of my dreams is to send hubby on a Canadian fly fishing trip. We have a lot of online friends up there, mostly Sas-katch-uwan....can't spell it We watch the fishing shows and it would be the dream trip for him.
And thank you

awesome babies...... and casino... showing good health
already huh! congratulation.

as to fishing.... well i grew up as fisherman, and it
feels great when you've got a 100lbs size blue marlin
or a 200lbs yellow fin tuna in the line. (Philippine
is known for these two fishes)

I bet you've seen some amazing things deep sea fishing. Do you have whales there? I think they're the most beautiful and intelligent animals ever. So huge but so graceful. I've never been out on the ocean but have been to the beach many times. I think I could panic at the thought of all that water under me with no bottom in sight. I'd go if I had a chance though, scary things are exciting
It's almost midnite here, I'll see ya'll tomorrow Have a great day !

yap.... our sea have some rarest specie in the world.
but our people are somewhat primitive. have you seen
lately that a rare widemouth shark was captured, butchered,
and eaten by villagers in bicol region. it was one unfortunate
occurrence in my country due to poverty. our president was
just sitting there trying to enrich here family. politics,
politics, politics..... i hate politicians

in our deep sea, you can sail with the dolphins,
row with the whale shark (butanding), swim with
the seacow (dugong), and many others. but people
in the remote area are mostly un-educated.

Philippines has good people, good natural resources,
good beaches, but very corrupt government.

hey,,,, we are drifting away from your topic....

Government is like that everywhere, you can't let them mess with your love for nature. My brother was there once for a month. It was winter here and he loved it, came back with a tan and we all hated him .
I've only seen dolphins and orca's at Sea World but even in captivity they were breathtaking.

I am so jealous. I lived in the Southern part of the US till 6 years ago. I met my husband online and moved to the frozen North where it is cold 8 or 9 months out of the year. This is our first week of temps in the 60's, we won't see 70's till mid May. My first year here he took me to the Cayman Islands for a week in Feb, I remember dreading getting on the plane to come home. It was so hot there but we had to dress for below 0 weather for arrival. Talk about culture shock !!
