here is my 55g ca/sa cichlids & pleco setup.. here's the quick stocklist:

x2 Uro (3'' & 12")
x1 Red Devil (5'')
x1 Convict (5'')
x1 Jag (3'')
x1 Gold Saum (3'')
x3 Salvini (3'', 4'', 5'')
x1 Jack Dempsey (8 1/2'')
x1 Common Pleco (12'')
x1 Marbled Sailfin Pleco (12'')
