Some new pics.

My male Carpintis Samson.

His mate Delilah.

This is Max my new Oscar, I've had him for approx 2 months now.

He's about 3 1/2" long at the moment he was tiny when I got him.

Nice quality pics and some seriously healthy looking fish. I like the white sand and round stone look. Same sort of decor I use.

I am big fan of Carpintis, & that's gonna be a good looking Tiger. Should shoot a video, bud....especially of that tank w/ the stand you built. B)

Great pictures, great fish. I really like the carpintis. I'd enjoy seeing how the oscar's patterns develop as he gets older.

Thanks for the nice comments everybody.

@ Jack I'll try a get a video up during the week, I can't get pics of the Festae they see the camera and hide.

@Frank On the Oscar tank I have 2 Fluval 405's and a 29 gallon sump. I keep my intakes about 3" above the sand. I do get a little sand in the there but not much. On the Carpintis tank I have a a Fluval 305 and a XPXL, I get more sand in these filters because the Carpintis are always moving sand around. The Festae tank has 2 XPXL's so far not to much turns up inside those 2.

I'll add progress pics here as the O gets bigger and if I ever get a decent shot of the Festae.

Yep, I'm still a big Carpi fan, and those are beauts Norm. Lets hope the Tiger retains some of that pattern, thats very cool. My Festae also very camera shy. Doing well, growing, coloring up, but no chance in hell can I get a good pic.
