Thats why I went with the L114, a bit smaller at full size at about 9.5" and still able to handle itself with the cichlids. Mine resides with Chunk which I know is pushing the limits in that tank.

Guys im looking at theraps and chuco and pleco (one of them not all lol) any thoughts....also might try and move the dw's around see if that changes anything in dory behavior

If I went the pleco rout do you think an l600 or l273 will have issues with the l200 I already have

Put up a divider, and let the pearsei growout more. (It might look ugly for a year) Keep dory on the smaller end of the tank with no cichlid. There's no guarantee that by getting new cichlids or removing dory will solve the aggression problem in the tank (you still have 2 other cichlids with the pearsei)

The thing about plecos, is that many just stay there during the day, hardly moving (and still producing lots of crap). If you want an active pleco throughout the day, and will swim at mid level constantly, you'll have to drop serious money for a L095.
