Don't have my full plans anymore, and not sure if I can link other websites. Please remove if not allowed.

I followed these plans for the inner structure. (with my measurements for my tank. All 2x4's)

neptunesneighborhood.com/stand.html

And these plans to finish the outside.

The doors I kind of mixed a couple ideas together for something simple with the tools I had. It's rough around the edges, but I'm glad it turned out since oak is very expensive.

Right now I have a 20gal high, but switching to a 30 gal tank. From what I read they don't need anything special for water parameters or to make them reproduce. Just keep the tank cycled and I should have to many to even know what to do with in 6 months.

Babies take 6 months to be able to clone (reproduce) after birth. Each one can carry 400-1000 eggs, and they don't eat their young unless very overcrowded.

My crayfish and shrimp have a new home. 35gal long tank. 36"x12" Transferred over a good 20 baby crayfish from the other tank. In 6 months all of those should be carrying eggs so I will have a very good turn around by summer time.

They aren't really blue air stones they are filters. For whatever reason I can't remember the exact name right now lol. Sponge filter OK got it. But yeah they are nice and very helpful in a tank. Probably getting one myself this week.

Many different companies make those blue stones, under many different names. Just search for sponge filter and you'll find many results.

I use them as my backup filter in case of a power outage. My air pump is on a battery pack and these should keep my cycle going, even on a extended power outage.
