I trained mine by dipping my finger in bloodworms and moving it just above the surface.
My oscar would jump to get the food.
I switched to mealworm and nowadays he eats anything I offer out of my hand.
He comes up to me anytime i'm near the tank and will beg for food.
If I show him the food through the window he'll get really excited and follow the food.
Last week during WC I stroked him, but 10 seconds later he comes swimming back and BITES ME HARD, as if to say:"Don't you be getting any funny ideas!"
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!
