niiice. i have been wanting to get either a percula or maroon clownfish pair for my puffer tank for a while, i just dont have the room for them right now, im waiting on my move here soon to setup my 120 because it has a sliding door wide enough i can get it in with lol. i really like that tank setup. is that live rock?? must have set you back alot, its pretty high at the shops here.

Tim, Nice tank... Is salt hard to do? I bought a 40 gallon today and I think I want to try salt, but I don't want to bite off more than I can chew! Compared to and Oscar tank how hard are they?

Nicki, salt is not as difficult as it's rumored to be.

It is, however, a little expensive and you will likely encounter some problems whilst setting it up. But after that it's smooth sailing. And the fish and inverts that you can keep are just amazing!

You guys are going to kill me, but I'm actually going all saltwater... I'm cutting down on most of my stuff to, ideally i'll have 3 tanks total instead of the menagerie i have now. It's way to much work for me right now to do all the maintance, etc.

i made a 10 gallon saltwater tank for my puffers, its cycled just fine, water paramaters are all in check, EXCEPT FOR THE F***ING ALGAE! how do i stop it??? i dont have this problem in any tank i own save the saltwater one...
