My Oscars are getting ready to lay eggs, she has become REALLY evil!! Today I was scraping algae and she bit me hard enough to break the skin!

This is what she does to anything (kids, dogs, entertainment center, me whatever) that gets close to the tank! LOL

she better behave... otherwise, a butter and lemon will be ready

but you have to give consideration.... she is about to spawn and that
is normal in their nature...to defend themselves.

I know it is normal for her, but it still pissed me off! LOL

that is why i always have precaution when cleaning the tank during spawning.
i used to have that net to drive them away from the area i was cleaning.
even if i am aware, my reflexes always makes me shutter when bitten.

I will have to try that with the net, as of now I am leary of putting my hands in the tank. And I have to clean it today!!!
