as to cloudiness of your tank... can you give me a description of your filtering
set up... we may have some ideas on how to clear it up considering that you have
good water condition.....there are times a simple gadgets or media makes wonder.

The glass looks smeary. If this is on the outside the solution is simple. Clean with a cloth and dry with a shammy leather!, alternatively i have heard people say to dry it off with either scrunched up paper or kitchen towel
