can anyone give me advice on the photo taking?

mine always come out blury or the lighting is really bad, ive tried with the flash off but not much better,

ive seen alot of the ones you guys have done and there realy good, crystal clear,

ive got a lowish older sony camara and an 8mgp phone camara

I use our Phones for pics a lot.
Mostly my Nokia n95.
Really no tricks here, everything set on auto.
I just press the button softly one time, the the phone will autofocus and show a green outline on my screen.(outfocus must be on)
Press button once more and i get a clear pic.

If you want to use your flash on a tankshot, tilt your camera a bit and the reflection of the flash will not show on the pics!

You need a high shutter speed.

If you have a point and shoot then put it on the "sports" setting.
