Soooooo.... last night I turn the light off in the tank and prepare to go to bed. I come back in and happen to look in the tank and this is what I saw.

Piglet has decided that the Pleco's log is a good place to sleep. The Pleco seems to thing the same thing so they shared!

Hope this brings a smile to your face!

Cute alright, but I had the same kinda stuff going on for a while, UNTIL the pleq sucked several holes outa the side of the O' cause it liked the taste of the O's slime coat!
Just keep an eye on piglet and make shure the pleq doesn' deliver any unwanted hickey's during the night.
I'm not trying to sound like a downer, but Mine lived together for a fair while, then one morning the O' was seriously damaged.

I am keeping an eye on them - hard to stop it though. Piglet will out grown the log soon though - he barely makes it in there now. He is named Piglet because he is a PIG !!! So far, so good... but thanks for the reminder!

this one call for a disaster....sooner or later, you will see piglet
with a big chunks on his body when plecs try to grab that slimy body.
piglets will try to scape that is prone to injury...

WOW!
Ah... ha ha...
Now THIS is nice and funny.

But seriously, that's one helluva pleQ U've got. U just can't overestimate the sucking power of a pleQ. It can make a hole in anything, given the chance. If you like ur O, you gotta keep BOTH ur Iz on the pleQ.

P.s: Does anyone have an idea why they call pleQs "catfish" here in Iran?

All plecos are suckermouth armoured catfish.
So all plecos are catfish bu noy all catfish are plecs.

That pic kick @$$!
Just get over the "plecos poop a lot" idea, you have to clean the tank anyways.
I got 6 plecos and have had several slow or not moving fish in my tank.
My gar sleeps on the botton 3/4 of the day.
The plecos NEVER took any interest in hurting any fish, except for the other big pleco.
Like with predators, keep them filled with food and enough time to kill while eating.
My plecos will eat zuchinni for 12-16 hours at a time.
After that sucking on slime coats is out of the question, for they will be so full and will just retrait to their caves and wait for the next feeding time.
Like i stated before the problem may be the pleco jabbing at the O's if he's fed up with his aggression. The latin translation is Weoponfin fish, and they will live up to the name and a good size pleco will scare of the O is necsesary.
just my .o2
