nh3 is free ammonia, nh4 is ionized. the kit is used to detect both types of ammonia.
your ammonia is not too high so that is good.
you need a test kit for nitrate, and one for nitrite. I would just get a master test kit from the LFS, but I got mine online becuase the LFS overcharges.

this will test for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, ph, high range ph
you will spend more on each individual kit.
do you happen to have an extra filter thatyou can trade from your existing tank over to your new tank? I did that and my cycle was almost instant. The tank water doesnt hold as much benefical bacteria as you think, it really you filters and the amount of bio media you have in there that keeps your good bacteria (nitrates) up. Even your decor and gravel is only static nitrates, this means that it really only helps if it comes into direct contact. Either way, it all helps the cycle!
I recently did that, I took one of my 4 filters from my current and moved it to my new, and added the new filter to replace the existing. Had nitrates and zero ammonia and nitrite the next day!
