Cool.
You'd be able to get some big bucks for your Sev, if you sold it over here.
Very expensive fish over here, even if it weren't as vibrantly coloured!
Now i'm waiting for the Oscar-handfeeding video!
Those big mealworms are excellent for that purpose.

btw The soundtrack of your videos is improving...

I have heard a lot about the 'Meal worms' and someone said you can buy them of the net. I take it they are dried out a bit. I think you can buy them from a pet store for feeding the birds, I have seen them. Are they the same. Or do you have to buy them specially for fish?

they're all the same.
My O loves those, this pic is under mu copy button, i just posted it in another thread.

I buy mine at the LPS that is also the local bait-, bird-, and reptile-shop.
So they're the same
They got the worms in all different sizes and mealworms are excellent for handfeeding your Oscar.
The size difference between mealworms, superworms and morio's is because they are larvae from different insects.
btw if you want your O's to go REALLY crazy, feed some pellets to the mealworms and store in a warm place for some weeks.
You will have a box full of black beetles, and your O will LOVE those very much!

Just beware of jumping fish!
if they see the bugs before they hit the water, they will jump!

Well, these were bloodworms, but bugs will have the same effect on you fish.

When I had tiny baby O's years ago, four of them actually. I trained them that It was'nt long before I had them swimming inside my hand and round my fingers just like a cat does round your leg. People that came into the house was amazed by this.
All I did was put my hand in the tank and just dropped a little food and they came and ate it up. The next time I put my hand in the tank I would'nt let it go, they had to come and get from my fingers. It took a little while but before long they were swimming to my hand because they knew they were getting fed. lol

awesome video btd71...
well...i am no different from the rest... i love making short video too
and bought that high pixel cam... however, i find it more difficult to
upload pictures and video with high mega pixel than the ordinary one.
thus, i came back with my old canon camera.
