That tank is WAAAAAAAAAAAY too small for that poor RTC. He can't even turn around in there. =( Poor fish. What's that guy gonna do when it's nearly 3ft and 15lbs?

Oh and the turtle looks like a Snapping Turtle. He can definitely hold his own in that tank, but I dunno if I'd pair it with fish. Hell I don't even think I'd keep one! LOL

No,that's not what i like...
I love RTC, but in appropriate livingquarters.
This is animal cruelty.

and i hope it's been a temporary thing, for these fish need the biggest possible tanks, or preferably tanks.
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!

btw,i believe the tank shown is just a show tank wherein a good filtration
is somewhere nearby... you can't have that good looking tank without
one....
