How on earth can a football player be worth £200k a wk. Infact why do people watch it. I dont watch football but read a player will be payed £200k a wk. for this sort of money I will play football, wash kit,Iron,clean boots,cut the grass with scissors . then I will go to work all day for 200k a yr. Christ the world must be mad. People cant get to see a doctor or dentist on the NHS cos there isnt enough money but one man kicks a ball and hes god. Why dont the govenment put a tax on football they have got plenty of cash to wast. TAX FOOTBALL I say. and give the uk a NHS again.

I totally agree, £200,000 a week for just playing a couple of games of football. Put another way, earning more money in one week than some people earn in 10 years, how can that possibly be right? or even somebody like a surgeon who probably earns £60,000 a year. footballers wages should be capped, it is totally immoral to pay them that much, it's not as if what they do actually changes anything for the good.
