I thought I'd make people aware of a website that I recently ordered some software off. The company is called bitesizedeals.co.UK and are actually based in the USA. I ordered several hundred pounds worth of goods of them on April 10 and they have not arrived as of yet.

They don't have any contact information on their website apart from an e-mail address. I have sent them three e-mails and have heard absolutely nothing back. I contacted my credit card company and the money was taken out on the day of the order. Yesterday I did a bit of digging around on the Internet and was pretty distressed to find similar information regarding this matter. It seems that this company have form and make a habit of either taking for ages to send the goods, or in some circumstances, not even sending them at all.

Yesterday I e-mailed them and cancelled the order. Luckily because I paid by credit card, I will get the money back, might take a couple of months but least I won't be out of pocket in the end.

So remember this company, bitesizedeals.co.uk, DO NOT USE THEM!

I think we need to spread the word about this company. They do quite well on that search engines so many people are probably coming across them. I don't take kindly to being ripped off and I always take revenge.

I thought I would do an update on the situation regarding my recent dealings with bite size deals. After two weeks the order had not arrived, after sending several e-mails, none of them had been replied to. So after two weeks I send them yet another mail informing them that I was cancelling the order. Once again, absolutely no reply. And then out of the blue I received an e-mail from them apologising for the delay and informing me that the order would be with them shortly and they would be dispatching it to me by UPS. So again, another e-mail was sent to them telling them that the order had been cancelled and not to send the order. Surprise surprise, they didn't reply to this e-mail. I think I send another two e-mails reiterating what I said and telling them that I would not take delivery of the order if it arrived. No reply. So the order arrived, and I told them to take it away.

I contacted my credit card company and to my surprise, bite size deals have refunded my money. However, of the £820 I spent, they have only refunded £750. The Credit card company are pretty useless, they've told me to contact bite size deals. Well that's probably a complete waste of time. Unfortunately I am going to have to put this down to a very bad experience and in future, do a thorough search on anyone who I'm buying from on the Internet. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience so that's probably why I didn't search for them in the first place. That's not going to happen again.

So there's a good lesson for everyone, bitesizedeals.co.uk should be avoided at all costs. They are nothing but a bunch of thieving b******s

Anyway, I put together a little web page and it already appearing on page two of google if you type in their domain name. And I'll make sure they know about it as well, not that they will bother because there are hundreds of other complaints on the Internet. However, it makes the feel a little better.

I'm sorry you got ripped off Penn, I use ebay a lot with no problems so far but the fear is always there. I'm glad you got most of your money back.
If you can't beat them...arrange to have them beaten!
