Does anybody know any strong suction cups that will lift a very heavy fish tank. Only need to lift about 1 1/2 inches straight up. I'm talking about the sort of suction cups that window glaziers use to carry windows

When I fitted my patio doors I used suction cups. The ones I used had 2 suction cups and I use 2 of those. It had enough suction to move the glass. They were standard cheap ones

When my 6ftx2ftx2+1/2ft tank was delivered the guy had the type with 3 suction cups. We used 2 of those one end and people on the other

I am guessing you need to lift your tank up to put some polystyrene between your tank and the cabinet. Given the size of your tank I would use 3 or 4 suction cups to lift one of the long sides of your tank up and then slide the polystyrene in as far as it will go. Place the tank on the polystyrene. Then adjust either end of the tank and polystyrene until the tank is on the polystyrene and the polystyrene is in place. It is a pain to do!

If you plan to lift the tank in one go and slide the polystyrene in I would use several people with suctions cups on both hands
I can't get no sleep

Managed to find some glass lifters on eBay. I bought two of them since they were quite reasonable. They can lift 130 kg each so I should be okay.
