I was in the local supermarket today having a look at the fresh fish counter and what did I see? Fresh whole barramundi that are actually farmed here in the UK. Has anybody got a good recipe for whole barramundi

Well, I had, can't say I was that impressed. It tasted okay, but it wasn't unique to any other fish I have ever had.

Going bass fishing tomorrow so hopefully we'll have a few to bring back
