Did I like his music? Yes, some of it, the early stuff was okay

Did I like the man himself? can't say I hated him. I think he was a troubled soul that was either completely misunderstood and was accused of doing things he didn't do. Or he was a very clever paedophile that used his immense fortune to groom children.

then for his alleged encounters with little boys like you said we may never know for sure what happened.(but he did have a couple of out of court settlements)

all the news is on his death but lets not forget that farah died the same week and there has been to date little mention of her.

It has been a strange week all the way around... Michael was HUGE and still black when I was a little girl. I loved his music then.. Can't say either way now.

Farrah's death was sad, I hope I go faster than she did.

And Billy was just a shock... I couldn't stand the guy but Dead @ 50 just sucks...

I have the same opinion of him that I did in life.

As far as pop music goes, he created some fantastic works and was quite the showman. He deserves the praise he earned for his music, though i'm not sure about legend per-say.

However, as a man, I was less than impressed by his conduct. I can't find much nice to say about him, and I don't mourn his passing.

What's weird is the media circus surrounding it. 2-3 weeks ago, no one could string 2 nice words together about the man, and now that he's dead... everyones lining up to praise him... strange people...

Never one of my favourites although he was a great entertainer. I do not think he abused kids,he was just weird trying to conjure up a childhood he missed. I
think the most weird and awful thing was he didn't get the support of his family when he needed them! Anyway,thats my two pennyworth!

I judged him as a child molester and wouldn't even play his music. Since his death and from listening to all that people that knew him well I've changed my mind and I do mourn his death for a few reasons...his children mostly, I watched his little girl cry with grief today and that's reason enough to wish he was still here being a Dad to them. I really hope I've learned my lesson about listening to the news and judging people from the point of view that they give us.
Farrah was a beautiful woman and it was heartbreaking to watch her suffer for so long. She fought hard though and I'd like to think I'd be that strong. Death is rarely a good thing but God has a reason for everything. I think I'm gonna miss Michael.

Grief for the children indeed, but being an expierienced drugabuser in the past, seeing the meds he was on, i think they lost their father a long time ago...
