TOPIC: questions for those living in Great Britian

questions for those living in Great Britian 2 years, 10 months ago #45609

I have a few questions for those living in Great Britian,

Which football team is best (soccer for us americans)

Has anyone seen gordon ramseys kitchen nightmares, if so have you ever been to any of the resturants afterwords

Have you seen this new mini series that finished up called Torchwood

Has anyone visited the US

does anyone watch any of the tv shows that air here in the us if so what is your fav

oh one last thing just buggs me here in colorado is breed restrictions on dogs do they have them there also

only reason i ask these cause i have a buddy from ipswich (i might have misspelled it) but we always have argue over differences on things. It more fun since he lives here now and so i get to poke fun at him, I happen to love rottweilers but my apts dont allow them and he says they are mean vicious dogs and im more on the lines its not the dog but the owner that should have restrictions,
I have lost my mind be back when I find it, maybe.

which football team is best? Well Manchester United won the league this year (I think) so I suppose that would make them the best this year. However, if you ask a Liverpool fan who the best team is, he's not going to say Manchester United is the?

Yes I've seen Kitchin nightmares but no I haven't been to a restaurant after

, Torchwood is very popular over here. I cannot stand John Barrowman so I don't watch it

Now I haven't visited the US but I went out with a girl who was from there.

The only American program I follow is lost, not exactly filmed in the USA

As far as I know there are no breed restriction on dogs
I may not always be right, but I am always the boss
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved

I love LOST!! It's a great puzzle... But as far as I know it is filmed in Hawaii. So that is in the US!
It's NOT smart to piss off the girl with the BAN button!

wich is utter bullshit, cuz labs and goldies cause more bitewounds then staffords do. ( even in % ). no reason to discuss, saw the data at highschool.

Just a couple of months ago our local rock station K-SHE 95 did some research on that very thing, What dogs had the highest percentage of recorded bites. Well naturally I was thinking Pit Bulls, Rots, German Shepards.

I couldn't beleive, the Poodle took the prize. I am not sure if that was just a study done locally, state wide, or what, I don't even remember who got second and third. I was just shocked the poodle got first.

BTW I have a golden retriever, the most gental dog I have ever had. He loves kids and is carefull not to knock the littles ones down. Very loving, thinks he's a lapdog. I rescued him from the pound. They had AKC papers but said they couldn't give them to us unless we had him nutured. Now I just don't have the heart to do that when he is as gentle as he is.

that is the common notion due to their size and aggressiveness.

basically because of misconception. they are small and being carried by the owner, thus, people tend to disregard that they are still dog. when they touch or tease the little dog.... boooommmm!!!! ouch!!!!! the notion that these dogs are tamed get the prize.....

in some instances, the size also make them unnoticeable, thus people tend to step on these dogs and be bitten.... while for the big dog, people tend to shy away due their size......plus the owner of these dogs become extra careful not to hurt other people, thus, always with extra caution

That makes sense, I know my uncle had a standard size poodle when were kids, the standard size poodles are quite big, about the size of a German shepard, and he was a very aggressive dog. He didn't bother us kids but they had to really watch out for adults that came into contact with him because he either bit some people or tried to quite often.
