Just watching an episode of crocodile Hunter. Steve has travelled down to Antarctica. I couldn't believe it when he jumped off the plane, everybody else is wearing suitable clothing for the area and he is walking around in the same old khaki clothes he always wears. Then he is on a yacht travelling between icebergs still wearing the same clothes. I was thinking, if the stingray had failed to get them, hypothermia would have if he carried on like this. Anyway, I think he saw sense a little way through the programme and put some proper clothing on.

Then he jumped onto a tiny little iceberg and started drifting away from the boat. I don't know

Well, if you saw me everyday, you'd think I was balmy.!!!
I hardly ever wear trousers, and am nearly 99% always in thongs...(that is the thongs on your feet....) Even on a recent trip to the snow, I was in shorts and thongs. The snow felt quite nice on my feet actually!
I walk through the bush at the back of our place in bare feet because I hate wearing shoes.. hehe
But, that's just a true blue Auzzie mate!!!

Just made me laugh when I saw Steve getting off the plane. There he was wearing his shorts whilst everyone else was dressed up like Scott of the Antarctic. "Come on Steve, admit your bloody freezing"

Hehehehe, that's funny. He shouldv'e realized he's not the best and can't endure everything, and maybe the stingray wouldn't of gotten him...

Aaaahahahaha. Oooh dear. Yes, I should have explained that in Aust we wear thongs, eg flip flops on our feet! Haha.
We Auzzies have tough feet, and skin, Steve was a bit out there I admit, well, alot out there, but that was him. I grew up admiring the work he did, not too keen on Bindi though.....the singing gets to me a bit....hehe
It was a fluke that the stingray went for him, they're placid creatures. I really thought it would be a snake. They would be able to have gotten him away from a croc, but in the middle of nowhere and a snake bite.....anyway, his death gave stingers a bad name for a while.
I've spent my life with more time in no shoes than with shoes, and in cooler clothing. I can understand why he always wore the khakis, once you spend most of your life outdoors then nothing bugs you.

That is the weirdest thing I've ever see pooky. Nobody around here wears those. I'm imagining myself in one. I look better in shorts.
