If you are in the Torbay area of Devon then you may be interested in joining the Torbay community forum. I set the forum up at the beginning of December last year. The Torbay community forum is for the people of Torbay, and beyond to get involved with to share views, chat and make friends. To my annoyance, somebody else started a virtually identical forum up at the beginning of 2007. They claim they didn't know anything about mine which I find very very hard to believe since my forum is very easy to find. They managed to persuade the local paper to do an article on it. I had already written to them weeks before but never heard from them. Because of this, this new forum got all the glory and publicity. I had carried out an extensive advertising scheme which involved leaflets and business cards. Anyway, that's by the by, I just hope people will give my forum a my chance and use it.
