hey Sins, smaller fry grow slower while still attached with the egg sac.
but will spurt growth once start eating formulated foods....you have to
prepare yourself not to be attached too much with the fingerlings,
otherwise you will run out of space for additional tank. let them go
and rear the new batch. arrange its dispersal with the lfs

the newborns are 3 months old now and still tiny, the older batch was close to an inch long at that age. I know I have to let them go but that don't mean I have to like it

in time, you will get used to it.... and will be proud supplying a well
breed and well kept fingerlings. you need to arrange with the lfs the
concessionary arrangement...

I don't really like the only lfs that will take them, they sell dyed fish and have told me things that I know aren't true. I was thinking Craigslist would be better.

Then go that route Sins... If you don't trust them, then don't leave your babies.

I wouldn't be able to sleep....not like tonite when I'll sleep like a baby I think. Most of my cooking is done, just the ham and turkey to do in the morning then eat and sleep again
