If ever I am planning a long journey, I can never sleep the night before, it is so annoying. Take today for instance. I had to do a 240 mile round trip. I didn't sleep a wink last night. But it's quite weird, I don't actually find myself falling asleep at the wheel. Sometimes if I have had a really good night's sleep, I will feel tired at the wheel, work that one out?

Now that's strange. I have the same about the not sleeping part but not about not getting tired at the wheel then .. I get tired whether I slept or not, so just avoiding long car trips, gimme a train any day. Sure glad it's like that for you though, thinking of today! So next time you're planning a long journey we'll have to keep you awake
