so i was educated by marcus that aro love cockles and mussels, thus, i tried to
give mine with those items. i also take chance that my oscars will take them too..
nope...they do not touch it...guess what happen??????

i tried raw.. they did not even touch it...
i tried cooked...they also ignored it...
so i get a butter and lemon..stir fry them,
glaced with fried garlic and have them for dinner...

i got to admit me and the family ate more than the fish. I got to do an extra water change now over christmas I fed them a little to much

I give my Oscars Raw Mussels,Prawns and Very Seldom some Beefheart.

If we eat mussels my O gets the small crabs that come with the mussels, he really loves those.
I fed him some small cooked mussels and he'll take them but they make a mess of my tank!
