TOPIC: It pays to be generous

It pays to be generous 4 years, 4 months ago #8221

My wife was expecting very little if anything for Christmas this year as I had been working a lot and not had time to shop, so she was over the moon with the lap-top computer I had ordered for her from Dell over the internet.

I've wanted to buy a Red Devil for a while now, but not had the tank space for one. I think her gratitude (and guilt that all she got me was a book and some CDs which I swear I was happy with) got the better of her and she agreed to "just one more tank" (there's been a lot of "just one more tank" over the years ). So before she could change her mind I was off down to the LFS to buy my new tank, and tomorrow I have a day off work so it's off fishie buying time!!! (And don't worry, plenty off seeded material and water etc will be switched about).

I am so excited I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve

Wow, congrats!
I can relate, having the same about my new tank still, lol. I sure love books and music as well, so to me, you're one lucky bloke!
If I were a guy, I\'d have probably needed only 30% of the amount of words to say this
