okey guys and gals... when i open the site today.
i see Sins post and she is about to have her meals
describing what she gonna take..... it give me this
idea of sharing some food ideas and how it is done.

i will start it with sole fish fillets that i have for lunch:
wrap in foil, laced with salt and pepper; and grilled for
15 minutes; served with butter sauce with lemon matched with
hot plain rice. i love it with carrots on the side.

i am not sure if it is due to time barrier but this is what trigger this post

what i have for dinner:
well, beef tenderloin, shredded, with bell pepper, sauteed in butter and garlic,
and served hot with fried java rice.... cold beer on the side. uhmmmm.. i'm full.

I'm having poached eggs on toast for my lunchtime meal.

saturday night in my house is pizza night, so i'll have a doner kebab i think, lots of salad and extra chilli and garlic sauce.. mmmmmm

We're having take out chinese food, foe jong hai, bami, etc.

We hardly ever eat chinese so it's allways good!

well it Sunday and i am assigned to do the cooking LOL! the kids want
grilled squid stuff with cheese and tomatoes; fish broth with mustard,
and plain rice.... its 10:30 AM and must be done by 11:30 AM, time to
watch the PACMAN bout with Clottey.
