Well, I am going to attempt to go out this evening, I have a table for two booked at the local Indian restaurant. I am not using any transport to get downtown so I am praying that the weather holds up for just a few minutes because at the moment, it is pretty wet and wild outside.

I'll try to, but I don't fancy sitting there eating my Indian while I am soaking wet. I have got a large umbrella somewhere. I might attempt to use that although I might do a very good impression of Mary Poppins since it is so windy outside. Anyway, happy New Year to you whatever you may be doing and don't get too drunk, or actually come do get drunk, very drunk. I shan't be drinking too much, got to look after my kidneys, don't fancy going into hospital again.

Hope you had a good meal, it was eid on saturday and our next door neighbours always bring food round on eid, bloody lovely their food is.
I was sober last night, and went to bed and watched little britain (again) and then those dam fireworks went off, I hate them because of the wildlife they scare.
I wonder how many little birds died of heart attacks last night:(

Happy New Year 
Had a lovely meal. Lamb tikka. Then we went up my sister's house and saw the New Year in. And I managed to travel around Brixham without getting wet at all.

This thread made me remember Theresa (fish). Sadly she passed away a couple of years ago, really nice lady. Thanks for bumping the thread. And ironically, in about 10 min I'm going out to have an Indian, at the same restaurant, weird
