I am looking after my cousin's gorgeous Staffordshire bull terrier this weekend. They will be hard-pressed to get her back I think 
Honestly, she is as soppy as a lorry load of monkeys

That's a cutie. Those dogs where about an eyelash away from being banned in my area last year. That would have been a shame.

Are you sure you're not confusing this with an American pit bull? A Staffordshire bull terrier is completely different from an American bull terrier. American pit bulls are banned in the UK.

She is gorgeous, unfortunately going back to her home today. She jumped on my bed last night and slept with me for a while. She was literally hugging me with her head resting next to my neck. If that was a female human being, I would have been well pleased

My little Sash mash does that. She will go to bed with me at night, and if I ignore her, she will crawl up near my ear, and grown very softly. If I still ignore her, she will make a grunt noise, then bark like a 'wow' right into my ear little bugger. She often comes right up and pushes herself into my neck and face, little crawler.

Looking at the dog I can hardly see a difference. The "Pit Bull" breeders in this area say they are selling Staffordshire Terriers. I'm going to google this one immediately.

Staffordshire bull terriers are very popular in this country. They were a spate of dog attacks which resulted in pit bulls being banned. In fact, anyone caught with one is dealt with very seriously
