Lets see,

We have a pure bred German Shepherd Female (90 pounds) who is supposed to be mine but who worships the ground my wife walks on and in spite of the fact that my wife does not like dogs etc.

Then we have 4 cats (all pets from Rescue Forces), all female, all neutered indoor animals who are supposed to be my Wife's but who spend more time coming to lay on me then they do her.... LOL

Then we have had fish through the years, selling off a 120 gallon and 65 gallon Angel Fish Tanks a few years ago and now this year purchased a 37 gallon tank for small Cichlids. Now setting up a new 75 gallons (US) tank for my two new Tiger Oscars....

Pet's are Great. They are often very loyal, loving and comforting and that includes the enjoyment and stress relief of watching your fish. Oscars are something special I think as I have developed a bond with my two in just the past two weeks.
I am beginning to see a hint of pink or red in the marbled tiger coloring so maybe these are red tigers Time will tell....

Blimey, you have got your work cut out. The fish are really pets I've got, don't think I would want the hassle of anymore. I did have a cat but I couldn't keep up with the grooming that he needed because he has got very long hair. In the end, my parents took him off my hands because they absolutely adored him. He still comes through holidays here were my parents go away. Mind you, he tends to ignore me. I think I hates me. I have got a huge garden with loads of open ground around me. My parents only live a mile away but they haven't got the open ground they have and I think he misses it.

We are a bunch of animal lovers around here Me and my partner have (at this stage) 17 fish tanks and we are breeding angels. The Oscars are mine, but he's more into the angel side - we've got a 1050 baby angels in three different age stages. There are 5 x 1.2m tanks; 8 x 900mm tanks, 1 x 600mm (angel breeding pair), 2 x 400mm (one with 5 goldfish and 1 with 2 black angels that did not develop, they are still very small). There are rumours for 12 more 1.2m tanks and a 2m tank (which will be the oscars'). Apart from that all I have is three cats - one chincilla, one semi-norwegian and one pavement special. My African Grey is with my mom at the moment, but she is also adorable... Enough to keep us busy, believe me - the tanks all get cleaned out everey weekend

17 fish tanks WOW. Gonna show this post to my girlfriend. She has given up moaning about my fish obsession. She dont realise the potential of being obsessed with fish!!!!

I have a 100 gallon oscar tank, A 70 gallon discus tank and and a 180 gallon general cichlid tank (and a few other types). We also have 3 cats, 2 heinz 57's and a pure bred multi coloured thing (cant remember the name). Its different shades of brown. All were resuced. The cats are hers but I love them too. One has a habit of wanting to be stroked when im on my computer. Walking over the keyboard etc

Me and my girlfriend have an uneasy truce with pets. When she mentions another cat, I say fine but I get another fish tank and visa-versa. She dont want more tanks and I dont want more cats thus the uneasy truce
