the green terror seems to be bullied by my other fish instead of the other way around? will this change as they get bigger?
It might. Might not.
You can't really say for sure, there are of course general guidelines about compatibility, and some fish will change their behavior to a degree as they mature, but it still comes down to the individual fish and the situation. From what I understand green terrors tend to be more docile as youngsters and get more aggressive as they mature, which might help, although again its specific to your individual fish. Sorry if this isn't too helpful.
Bear in mind tank size can play a role in aggression and bullying behaviors, what are they currently housed in? I would say at the very, very
least you would need 120 gallons, preferably more.
Other than that adding a divider or purchasing some dither fish are really all i can think of if its really worrying you, but again that depends on tank size.

Actually that's not too far off considering the fish you have.
