tank is 6Feet x 2feet x 2feet

overflow from bottom wanted to prevent food from going inside the overflow
so water goes into overflow area from below
also to reduce the noise converted the 1 inch pipe to 2 inch overflow intakes

to reduce splashing

just in case the black high density filter mate cause water to flow too slow while I'm away

The 1200 BIO BALLS

Pump room and mini Refugium

Sump To tank

my New cat fish

eating too much

they are waiting for the new home to cycle

The green Turtle and the climbing gouramies

any comment is welcome I knew my Oscar tank is overstocked still try to improve

congratz on the lovely RTC.
i envy you.
now explain to me please, you will keep 2 tanks running?
for a RTC and oscars in one tank will result in one big fat catfish in time, and no oscars left...
Someone once stated: "there's only 2 kinds of fish, redtailedcatfish and redtailedcatfishfood...
Sump is looking good!
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!

don't you think i can appeal the case to the committee... if photo bucket
and other host can tolerate the picture... perhaps you can give
some leniency to me... no one notice the balls ...until someone
had look at it

Hi there Noddy, The cat fish is not fir to be with Oscar, it much smaller cat fish, and they can't compete for food, I try to give my cat fish some feeder fish guess what they can't catch it. even some live ghost shrimp they still does not catch them. for the moment they feed on dead feeder fish and frosted blood worms. they are not able to swallow Oscar and they can't even catch a feeder fish guess they are going to the 4 feet tank after Oscar move to the 6 feet 150G

i love your tank and sump . I bet your filtration will be great. I really like your fish mix, especially the Red Tail Catfish. I hope all the fish get along and live happy healthy lives.

Like many others will say... there will be a lot of fish in that 150 gallon. I would love to have an RTC in my similar sized tank... but I know it wouldn't be a good idea . If only RTC's had a miniture size.. maybe 16" or so.

Good Luck
