So on getting my two little Oscars as most people i didn't realize how much space they needed as soon as i did, i got on the hunt for a new tank setup.

They are going from a 165L Aqua one AR850 complete setup with inbuilt wet/dry trickle

To a Aqua one 180B Classic 600L running a Aqua one 2450 UV Filter and Eheim 2080 ( when it arrives ) with inline Hydor heater.

It has almost finished cycling and cant wait to see the Oscars in it

Nice work on the upsizing, good to see you doing the right thing. The Oscars will love it. The AR850 on the other hand would make a nice planted community tank filled with Tetras etc or maybe some smaller Cichlids like Rams or Keyholes, are yo going to be running both tanks at once?

that's what i call acing a tank, with that driftwood.
I bet your tank will stay like this for a long time, for it looks perfect in my eyes.
It took me a while to get my wood up to total satisfaction, but when my tank actually made it to this point i never changed anything except for the placement of my rocks.

They rocks get moved around from time to time after gravelvacuuming.
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!

Sorry to disappoint but the plants are fake (silk), finally got the Eheim 2080 hooked up and running man that thing moves water. Tank is all cycled and fish are in. they love it so many places to hide.
