Blimey, that is a lot of stuff. I think you'll probably be wasting your money if you buy everything on that list. Definitely get the test kits, they are an absolute must, you can't set a tank up without them. The stress zyme would also be useful, I have used it before and found it very good. The ammonia alerter seems like quite a good little gadget. Something to clean the algae is always useful. Definitely get yourself a big net. You also need something to tell you the temperature of the water. Apart from that, I don't think you need anything else from that list just at the moment.

Had a quick look, most things look useful to me but maybe not necessary. Guess a filter (or several) you got already? Those should be enough normally, no need for an extra air pump. Can't hurt to have one though in case you have to raise the temp at times or having nitrite problems. A hose you got?

Just wondering, for what do you want that African Cichlid stuff Not really suiting for Oscars. Also I'd rather go for rounded gravel.

I wouldn't get such pH adjusting chemicals at all, nonsense in best case, better to keep the pH as it is and stable if it's anything between say 6 and 8. In the shop where I buy fish stuff they also carry that stuff but will not recommend it.

Oxygen and ammonia test stuff are a waste in my eyes as well; ammonia test should be included in the master test kit (I hope), and once the tank is cycled ammonia should be broken down quickly, or you might have no ammonia but high nitrites at times and would still not know.

EDIT: Oops sorry, just seeing you got a filter.
